Beer Serving Temperature Guide

Great post over at Macdrifter.

I see this all the time.  Beer at bars is usually served way too cold, I fear ruining impressions of great beers for those not in the know.  Most dramatic for me was the Dr. Klankenstein from Sixpoint.  It was served very cold, and my first impression was, “Meh.” But as it warmed up, it got much more flavorful and complex.  Next one I had I kept my hands around it for long time to warm it up.
