I met John for a beer at Rattle N Hum. Turned out to be Flying Dog night. We intended to meet for a Cigar City Jai Alai IPA, but since it was a brewery night, I had to have one of theirs. I had the Raging Bitch, which is listed as a Belgian IPA. I love those, but like every other Flying Dog beer I’ve had, something was just missing.
Jim Caruso, President and CEO of Flying Dog, came over and introduced himself. Hell of a nice guy.
